While our advanced students represent what time and devotion to the Martial Arts can produce , the beginning student is the life blood of the Art, and is always welcome. We offer instruction to children 7 years old and up in our youth classes, and 4-6 in our Little Dragons class. Call for details.

When a student enters Shou Masters, he or she is asked what they hope to accomplish, and their instruction begins at their own level of interest and knowlege. Each class begins with drills and warm-up routines, and ends with a short meditation. Classes are designed to offer something new each time, along with reviewing techniques and improving execution. While class content is varied, the focus is always on educating the Mind, Body and Spirit as a whole. Quite often, class will include the principals of physics, a lesson on the psychology of fear, or some wholesome humor.

Demonstration team and tournament participation is encouraged at all belt levels.
